Yesterday, the US Supreme Court overturned Roe V Wade, the landmark verdict from 1973 that made abortion a federally-protected right.
Abortion is no longer a federally-protected right in the US. Now it’s up to individual states to decide whether to allow, limit, or ban it outright.
Over 50 million abortions have been performed in the US since 1973. That’s over 50 million lost lives.
Doubtless, God has heard the silent, gagged cry of every one of these helpless souls.
But this is only the beginning. There needs to be a cultural change. In America and around the world.
There needs to be change toward respecting life more than convenience.
But that is a spiritual battle, and we’re all in it.
