Every person is precious. In their own eyes and in the eyes of God.
Our lives revolve around the central fact of our existence. What is unimportant to others is often critically important to us.
I see the world through my very personal perspective. You see it through your perspective. Our own perspectives are important to each of us but maybe not to the other. That’s the way the world works.
Sometimes, another person’s opinion might become important to me, say if I am trying to woo her. At such a time, it is possible that I might give up my deeply-held perspective just to woo her. That would be poor on my part but isn’t beyond the realm of possibility.
